Lifetime Warranty

The result of any remodeling project should be a homeowner's peace-of-mind and satisfaction. Each and every Window World Window is backed by a All Inclusive Transferable Lifetime Warranty that provides years of worry-free comfort.  This protects not only you, but the resale value of your home as well.  Additionally, Window World also offers an optional glass breakage warranty, should your glass break or crack in your Window World Windows.  Ask your Window World sales representative for more details. Glass Breakage and Seal Failure

Contact a manager at any of our stores to discuss your concerns. Glass breakage and seal failure replacement is only available for windows that were purchased with the warranty or with the value plus package. Seal failure is condensation between the two panes of glass, which is a very rare occurrence. Most of the time it is condensation on the inside or outside of the house. Please use a cloth to clean both sides of the sash before contacting a store manager. It will take two or more weeks to receive a new sash. While we are processing this warranty, please tape the current window with packing, masking, or duct tape so that the glass does not injure anyone. We will call you as soon as the sash arrives at our store to schedule an appointment.

Window Not Functioning Properly

Most problems are easily corrected and do not indicate that there is a problem with your window. This section contains a number of simple solutions and videos to help you correct most of these problems. It also provides you with instruction on how to care for your windows.
